Grapefruit accepts Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment. When you place your first order, we will save your credit card information for use on all future purchases. Any automatic billing and/or charges will be automatically applied to your saved credit card unless you notify us in advance by emailing [email protected] If your credit card expires and you do not edit your information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid.
Grapefruit accepts returns or exchanges on unworn/unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date as denoted by www.canadapost.ca through tracking number information. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached. Shoes must be received unworn with no marks and in their original box. All undergarments, face masks and filters, swimwear, fetishwear, personal care and sale items are not eligible for return. All sale items (promotional or campaign) are final sales. Please note that after 14 days all sales are final.
