Grapefruit ships online orders using Canada Post. Shipping rates are determined at the time of checkout based on the items ordered.

RETURN POLICY

Grapefruit accepts returns or exchanges on unworn/unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date as denoted by www.canadapost.ca through tracking number information.

It is essential that all pieces have original price tags and garment care tags included and fully attached with the return. All garments and shoes must be received unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that after 14 days all sales are final.

All undergarments, face masks and filters, swimwear, fetish wear, skincare, grooming and sale items are not eligible for return.

 Returns from the United States are subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the original purchase price. Other international returns are at the customer's expense plus a 10% restocking fee.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Grapefruit gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only. Unused value remains on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash. Grapefruit gift cards can be redeemed both in-store and online. Additional value may be added to an existing gift card - in-store only.

Grapefruit is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Grapefruit gift cards are not credit/debit cards and have no implied warranties.

COUPONS/DISCOUNTS POLICY

Coupons and special offers are not usable on previously purchased items. Coupons and special offers cannot be combined.
